1. Fishing at Pew Island
   This beautiful island is not only a great fishing location but also a great place to have a picnic or go on a walk. The island has a 1 mile trail that goes around it with a walking bridge hidden in the back.
   
2. Eat at the Tilton Hilton
   The name says it all. This restaurant really does tilt. Hidden back on Indian Lake this location is not only a staple of Logan County but has some of the best burgers you will ever have!
   
3. Tour Piatt Castle Mac-A-Cheek
   This historic location has been a staple of Logan County for over 150 years. Learn about the history of the Piatt Family and their home by exploring this Castle!
   
4. Take both tours at Ohio Caverns
   “Americas most colorful caverns” is the oldest attraction in Ohio. Rain or shine this is the perfect family trip. With so much to explore and learn the whole family will enjoy the day!
   
5. Explore Myeerah Nature Preserve
   The Nature Preserve has many trails to explore, lots of wildlife and something new to see every time you visit. Pack a picnic and spend the day!
   
6. Visit the Logan County History Center
   The Logan County History Center is free to tour. All in one location explore the Orr Mansion, the Transportation Museum and the History Museum.
   
7. Get a sweet treat from The Donut Shop
   This iconic little shop sits across from Indian Lake and has the best donuts for the morning but also has amazing ice cream to have anytime during the day.
   
8. Complete the LOCO Coffee Trail
   With four amazing stops on this trail you can’t go wrong getting a coffee or sweet treat at any of these locations.
   
9. Tube at Mad River Mountain
   Mad River Mountain is always a day of winter fun! Tubing, sking or snowboarding this is a winter go to location in Logan County.
   
10. Horseback riding at Marmon Valley Farm
    Horseback riding, mini golf, petting the animals and so much more at Marmon Valley. Did you know you could just go and explore the farm for free?
    
11. Shop at the Depot
    This local shop in Downtown Lakeview carries tons of unique items all from local vendors!
    
12. Boat around Indian Lake

13. Spend the day at Old Field Beach
    This is a staple of Logan County! Enjoy some sun and swimming or even bring your dog to the dog park there!
    
14. Shop in the Historic Downtown Bellefontaine

15. Visit Campbell Hill
    The highest point in Ohio is right here in Logan County. Just outside of Bellefontaine the walk up the hill is worth the view!
    
16. Walk across the Sandy Beach Bridge
    This beautiful bridge served as a connection between both sides of the amusement park for pedestrians. The park closed in the 60s, but this beautiful bridge still stands as a reminder of the memories that were made there. Visit our Hidden Gem blog to learn more!
    
17. Visit the Worlds Shortest Street
    Right near the Historic Downtown Bellefontaine this is just a fun location to visit and see!
    
18. Eat at Six Hundred Downtown
    This world famous pizza is one for the books. If you are in Logan County you have to go here.
    
19. Ride go karts at Indian Lake Sports Park
    From go-karts to mini golf this is a family fun location. With three different go-kart courses there is plenty of room for good family fun competition!
    
20. Shop at The Fun Company
    This store contains so many unique items you’ll find nostalgia and fun in this store.
    
21. Get chocolate at Marie’s Candies
    The local staple item is the go to gift for any holiday and worth a visit. You’ll walk in and be greet by friendly faces and free samples.
    
22. Play at the West Liberty Splash Pad
    The Splash Pad is a hit with the kids every time. Located in Lions Park it is the perfect location to spend the afternoon. Pack a picnic play at the Splash Pad and enjoy the day.
    
23. Skate at the Indian Lake Rollarena
    Strap on your skates and zoom through this staking rink and arcade!
    
24. Visit the First Concrete Street
    In Downtown Bellefontaine you can visit another piece of history by visiting the first concrete street! Its located right next to the beautiful Court House.
    
25. Go to Rock the Lake by Shine FM
    This free concert happens at Old Field Beach every year and is always a good fun family time! Enjoy music, swimming and more!
    
26. Play a round or two of bowling at TP Lanes 
    ​This old style bowling is fun any day but they have glow in the dark bowling on Fridays! Also I would highly recommend get some popcorn and pizza while there!
