Tourism Media Production RFP

The Logan County Visitors Bureau (LCVB) is seeking creative partners to help bring our destination to life.
We’re looking for video and photo creators who can capture the energy, character, and real-world experiences that make Logan County worth exploring—from small-town moments to outdoor adventure and everything in between.
This is an open Request for Proposals (RFP) and we welcome submissions from agencies, production companies, and independent creators.

What We’re Looking For

​We’re not looking for a one-size-fits-all solution—we’re looking for the right creative fit.
Proposals should demonstrate:

• A strong storytelling approach rooted in authentic experiences
• Ability to create content across multiple formats (video, social, photography)
• A clear production process from planning to delivery
• Experience producing work optimized for digital and social platforms
• A collaborative, flexible approach to working with local partners

We encourage creativity, originality, and ideas that feel true to place.

​Project Opportunities

Vendors may respond to one or both of the following:

• One-Time Campaign Project

A defined production effort to create a cohesive set of content assets for an upcoming campaign.

• On-Call Production Roster

LCVB may also select multiple creators to support ongoing content needs throughout the year. This includes smaller shoots, quick-turn edits, and seasonal content capture.

​​What You’ll Create

Rather than prescribing exact deliverables, we’re asking you to propose a package that best meets the goals of this project.
Content may include:

• Campaign-level video content
• Short-form and social-first assets
• Photography for web, print, and partner use
• B-roll and reusable media library assets

Your proposal should outline the types of content you recommend, how it will be used, and why it supports visitation.

Important Dates

• RFP Released: May 26, 2026
• Proposals Due: June 9, 2026 EOD
• Anticipated Award: End of June

All questions must be submitted via email to ensure a fair and consistent process. Responses will be shared with all interested bidders.
